To qualify for a Best Price match, all of the following conditions must be met:

Proof of the lower price must be supplied before purchase
The competitor must be an Australian authorised genuine dealer
The competitor must operate a physical retail store within Australia
(online-only retailers are excluded)
The item must be identical (same brand, model number, colour/specification)
The item must be in stock with the competitor at the time of verification
Price matching applies to one (1) item per transaction
Delivery charges may apply where delivery is required

The Best Price Commitment does not apply in the following circumstances:

Prices sourced from auctions, liquidation sales, fire sales, or online marketplaces
(including but not limited to eBay, Amazon, Gumtree)
Pricing based on bulk, commercial, or large trade quantities
Special order items or non-stocked items
Promotional offers that include bonus items, credits, or giveaways
(our team may offer either the matched price or the promotion — not both)
Prices that are conditional or linked to:
- Finance offers
- Installation or delivery packages
- Bundled deals
- Cashback offers
- Trade-only discounts
- Clearance or limited-quantity promotions
Third-party promotions (e.g. newspapers, trade shows, exhibitions, or special events)
Prices not available to the general public
Prices reduced through:
- Coupons or vouchers
- Loyalty or rewards programs
- Frequent flyer points or similar incentives
Display stock, end-of-line items, seconds, refurbished or repaired goods, ex-demo stock, clearance lines, factory seconds, or second-hand items
Obvious pricing errors published by a competitor
Requests from resellers
